Can I make the video before I buy?
Yes. You can post your video first and purchase your exam prep later. As long as you have a paid exam on your account when you claim the refund, you qualify.

What counts as organic views?
Views that come from real people discovering your content naturally. Paid promotion, bot traffic, or view-exchange services do not count.
Is there a deadline to hit the view count?
No deadline. Your video can take as long as it needs to reach the threshold. Just email us when it does.
