Every Series 99 topic, on video
One short video for every testable Series 99 subtopic: 3 chapters, 15 units, 71 videos in total. Watch the ones you need, skip the ones you don't.
CertFuel produced a short explainer video, about 5 to 11 minutes each, for every single testable subtopic on the Series 99 exam outline, then added a rapid-fire final-review set for last-week cram work. The course now has 71 videos in total. The core outline videos are grouped into 13 core units across FINRA's two job functions. Broker-dealer operations accounts for 35 of the 50 scored questions, while professional conduct and ethical considerations accounts for 15. The final-review chapter adds 13 rapid-fire videos, one for each core unit.
Each video is self-contained and gets straight to the point: what's tested, why it's tested that way, and the traps the exam likes to set. No filler, no unrelated tangents. Every video links back to the matching written lesson in the CertFuel app, free to read with no signup wall, if you want the full breakdown of that subtopic.

13 rapid-fire videosIs the video course free?
Yes. All 71 videos are free to watch, with no signup wall. So is the written lesson behind each one. The complete Series 99 course, including adaptive practice questions and flashcards, is also free through the end of 2026.
Do I need to watch the videos in order?
No, but it helps. Each video is self-contained, so you can jump straight to the subtopic you're studying right now. If you're starting from scratch, working through a chapter in order follows the app's course sequence, so foundational ideas land before the ones that build on them.
How is this different from CertFuel's in-app lessons?
These are the same videos that live inside each Series 99 lesson in the CertFuel app, republished here as a standalone, browsable library. In the app, each video sits alongside its full written lesson plus adaptive practice questions and spaced-repetition flashcards for that subtopic. The complete course is free through the end of 2026.
Will other exams get a video course too?
Series 7 and Series 63 also have complete public CertFuel video courses. Series 99 is the third track with a standalone public library covering every testable subtopic plus final review.
